It usually takes 2-4 weeks to export the vehicle from Japan, in most cases the total shipping time will depend on the country of the destination, the closest shipping port as well as the frequency of the vessel arriving to the port. Some countries may only have 1 vessel per month. In this case, arrival might take longer. Shipping schedule will be provided as soon as the car is purchased. Shipping documents will be mailed to you via FedEx or DHL whichever is faster.

Upon arrival of the vessel, it is the responsibility of the buyer to process the custom clearance with the exception of Australia and New Zealand. We highly advise to talk to your local clearing/custom agent prior to sending your payment so you will have a clear estimate of how much you might have to pay for clearance charges and customs.

FOB means Free On Board. This is the cost of vehicle including documentation until port discharge. Other fees like freight, insurance etc. are not included.

CIF means Cost, Insurance, Freight is an international transport agreement that represents fees paid by the seller to cover the costs of insurance and freight of the buyer’s order while the order (cargo) is in transit.

No. It doesn’t include the customs duty. Buyer must pay the tax and duty in their country. Please contact your local custom authority. We do take responsibility with fees such as tax, VAT and any other duties.

We cannot confirm the exact delivery date since there are lots of factors to consider. However, the estimated time can be 1-2 months depending on the country of destination and the earliest date a vessel can leave.

If the vehicle price is in FOB, then buyer must pay for Freight, Clearance fee and other fees required according to import regulation of your country.

Yes, it is possible. Since LHR cars are rare in Japan (usually imported in other countries), give us an ample time to look for the vehicle type that you need and we will be happy to assist you in finding these cars.

Yes. We make sure that all cars leaving our premises are thoroughly inspected and on excellent condition before we send them to you.

Our team of experienced and qualified professionals will check the car to make sure that it passes our quality control and the vehicle’s condition is the same as the specification provided by auction team.

We accept payment only by T.T (Telegraphic Transfer) to our designated bank account.
